This book will compare and contrast the forms that are taught in the American Kenpo System, Tracy System of Kenpo and White Tiger Kenpo. This book will discuss Short 1 – Long 7, Staff Sets and Finger Set katas. You will get a description of each Kata plus some history and how they are different and the same among each of the three Kenpo systems.
