I find it appropriate to introduce myself. I am Bill Hopkins of Bowling Green, KY, USA. It is February 1, 2005, and I am writing a book on healthy rapid weight loss. I have recently been diagnosed with significant multilevel back problems, and I am restricted from sitting or standing more than thirty minutes at a time, bending at the waist, using my arms in an outstretched manner, and twisting my body. Although I love to tell long stories and have long conversations, my goal is to be concise.
