Imagine two flowers.
One of them is a cut flower, and will be placed in a vase with water. The other flower is a potted plant.
One flower will last much longer than the other. It'll also be able to hold up better under bad conditions.
The potted plant is better off because it has roots. The cut flower will last only a few days and then have to be thrown out because it's been cut off from its roots.
What's the takeaway here?
You want your child to have roots in Jesus like the potted plant.
St. Paul tells us: "So, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, walk in Him, rooted in Him" (Col. 2:6-7).

Fr. Emil Neubert was an expert at teaching this secret to others.

And so, there are souls who not only need your child to practice devotion to her, but this specific devotion to her.
That's because St. Louis also emphasized that this devotion is "more glorious to God, more sanctifying to the soul, and more useful to the neighbor, than any other of the devotions to her" (True Devotion, #118).
The Bible tells us: "And those who lead many to justice shall be like the stars forever" (Dan. 12:3).

"He must know that whoever causes a sinner to be converted from the error of his way will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins" (James 5:20).
