YOU AND ME - my journey through grief in Bloomington, MN

This little book shares my thoughts and feelings while dealing with the loss of my spouse of 43 years. I had a daily routine of writing different sayings in calligraphy to express my innermost thoughts. Grief can be overpowering, especially when the one person who you are used to conveying your deepest feelings to is no longer there. I found that my belief in God and the true peace that only He can give, helped tremendously. It is my sincere desire that this little book will help you to find solace and peace to continue your journey.
