Witness to Murder

Court Reporter Annie MacPherson gets herself into and out of trouble quite handily, until she witnesses a murder and comes face-to-face with the assassin. Now she's on the run, but she's not alone. Detective Matthias Zarkoff-born in the mountains of Tennessee where traditional values and chauvinistic mindset are prevalent-didn't think he'd ever get involved with an independent woman like Annie. While their minds and ideals clash, she's easy to love. And dang hard to keep safe. Matthias has a plan. But so does Annie, and hers includes facing down a murderer.
