Young Wingnut feels left out. Everybody else in the family can do things, everybody else can help. He comes up with great ideas-Lightning Bolts, he calls them-but they always fall flat. Then, after a disastrous storm hits, he gets a really good Lightning Bolt. It makes all the difference.
