While the low-charting was the album's first single, the thump-funkin' received massive radio play as an album track; oddly, the track was issued as a U.K. single in the mid-'80s. So without a high-charting single lead-in, the energetic -produced follow-up single, only charted number 68 R&B in spring 1977. Edited down on some other greatest-hits and various-artist compilations, the track is represented in all its sensational, elongated glory on .
