Removable inner bags are what make two-compartment sorting worth the space it takes. A fixed divider means you still carry the whole hamper to the machine and then separate a bag that lifts out means one wash travels on its own while the other stays where it is. Each inner bag carries 22 lb with a total static capacity of 44 lb across the hamper, and total volume is 44.9 Gal, which is a household's laundry between loads rather than one person's. The footprint is 22 in long by 15.7 in wide and 29.5 in tall. The body is 150 g polyester fabric with fiberglass rods giving the shape and Pp plastic at the structural points. That combination is what keeps the whole hamper to 5.4 lb, which is remarkable for the capacity and means a fully loaded hamper can still be moved by one person. Handles are built in for carrying, and a lid closes over both compartments, which is what stops a two-section sorter from reading as laundry on permanent display in a bedroom.
