This vintage y2k midi dress has ruching at the neckline, a smocked waist, black-on-black embroidery on the skirt, and an inner lining layer. It's pull-on (no closures). The tag size is S - it measures 36" around the bust, 22-26" at the elastic waist, and 40" at the hips, and it's 35" long shoulder-to-hem. This item is in excellent vintage condition with a few loose threads.
