Mini-length skirt from Urban Renewal made using remnant fabrics. Finished with an allover gingham print with a tiered ruffle hem adorned with eyelet lace. Fitted with an elasticated waistband. Created from deadstock or discarded fabrics that would have gone unused, this brand-new top was made in the USA by Urban Renewal.
