Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Vintage Penny Shoulder Purse is a very special Coach upcrafted design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Saved from the landfill, this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.Reimagined by Eunice Chang and Rose Oliva with an artful two-tone argyle patchwork detailed with tonal pick-stitching, this foldover style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftspeople Nicole Izquierdo, Fernando Gutierrez and Yngrid Pichardo Baez hand-decorated the front with Coach remnant materials, replaced the long strap, refreshed the flap and repaired the edgestain, polished the turnlock and D-rings, spot-painted the binding, then added a playful repurposed charm. Crafted of buttery soft glovetanned leather, the compact Penny features our turnlock closure and is finished with a detachable strap for shoulder or crossbody wear.
