up down, down up

This poetry collection is for members of the queer community yet stretches far to allies and all communities who struggle internally and externally with their mental health. These words were my times during the hurting, and times during the healing. Everyone during the seasons, the sex, the relationships, and the love tend to go up, then in an instant go straight back down, processing only the ugliest memories and situations. This book is about those feelings. It is a book to feel not so alone in that cold bed.
