Unspoken is a book of poetry that includes poems written over the last decade confronting experiences and relationships that took place from adolescence into adulthood. Navigating old and new emotional and mental obstacles, Dolciato acknowledges the highs and the lows of everyday life. Written by a person who has suffered from severe anxiety since childhood, the message is that we all have the ability to heal and grow even if we have to come to terms with hard truths, acknowledge bad habits, and understand our circumstances to do so.
