The award has been passed after five years under the Arbitration Act, of 1940, in favor of MS Shoes granting the damages. On the other side, the company Gujarat Apar Polymers Limited (GAPL) and K. Madhavan, retired Joint Director of Central Bureau of Investigation, used his previous position before the Government Authorities openly defame MS Shoes Pavan Sachdeva. So, the corporate fall of MS Shoes is not written in the corporate history. Still, unbeknown to the public. exposes the reality that some individuals can go up to play the dirtiest game, and underwriters refuse to pay. The underwriting public issue is a farce. the true corporate story.
