Handmade in Oregon, this board-and-knife set makes every slice bakery-perfect. No one could blame you for mistaking Steve and Erika Gray's serving set for an art piece, but this handsome duo is more than decorative. They've paired a bread board of warm alderwood with an inset knife designed to slice like a dream. The secret is the same blade used in industrial bread-slicing machines, reimagined for home use, and it glides through crusty boules, dense seeded loaves, and even bagels with tidy, uniform cuts every time. When you're done slicing, the knife tucks seamlessly into the board for storage, and a quick flip transforms the piece into an elegant serving platter. Available in right- or left-handed versions for comfortable use.
