Trouble the City in Bloomington, MN

A few weeks after their parents' separation, the school year is starting for Annabelle and Arnie. Annabelle is anxious to see how different school is without her brother. Meanwhile, Arnie is overwhelmed by the huge new school he's attending in the city. When Annabelle makes her first visit to Mom and Arnie's new apartment, she's struck by how different Arnie seems. Thrown off by the bustling city and feeling left out between Arnie and Mom, Annabelle begins to feel like she's on the outside looking in.
