Tracy Manners in Bloomington, MN

At the age of twenty-fourTracy Manners is arrested for causing grievoius bodily harm to her girlfriend. It is her first offence - a matter of lost temper - but once in jail, her angry, sexually charged behaviour threatens to mar the rest of her life. She submits to counselling and responds to further education. After her release Tracy's employment gets off to a chequered start but she goes on to experience kindness and relationships that lead to adventure - and help her to grow to be her own person.
