Time Stands Still For No One in Bloomington, MN

Having nearly destroyed the Universe and time itself our four intrepid time travellers escape to yet another time zone. Their ploy now is to save the entire planet and possibly the Universe by trying to create a place of safety within a new age, that being the period of the Kaiser. Can their plan succeed?
