Ella is a smart, beautiful, fun-loving little girl who becomes very upset because she can't remember how to tie her shoelaces before school. As mommy overhears Ella crying, she comes into Ella's room to comfort her. Mommy reminds Ella that when she gets upset, she has to take her time and relax. Mommy and Ella bounce around, dance and laugh as they find ways to help Ella feel better.
