Healthy eating and nutrition are one of the most important life skills you can teach your children. It takes many positive and fun food exposures both at the table and away from the table, before a child decides they feel comfortable enough to give a new food a try. This can be 15-20 exposures before they will try it and sometime another 20 before they will like it.
