Soon after he arrived in the hospital, Rob slipped into a state of comatose. When he woke up, his entire world fell apart as he realized that his entire body had been paralyzed from the neck down. Soon, Rob started seeing the truth. Almost everyone including Rob's closest friends and family abandoned him when he needed them to be there for him. Rob began to lose his faith in people as they started dropping out one by one. The doctors in Fresno were unable to find a cause for his condition and continued experimenting when his body as remained helpless, lying in a hospital bed. Rob's struggle came to a point where he began breaking down until some people who were close to him tried to help him keep his faith in God which later turned his life around.
