The Water Words

Fantastical allegory of the revelation of the mysteries of Heaven. Story of young girl, who is but one of a group of young adults who are forced to deal with the consequences of Divine contact. Plunged into a world of sorcery and death, young Aylia must lean on her Divine gifts. One of the conquered Sea Folk Aylia and others are blessed with abilities that allow them to reflect that distant land across the Sea to mortal men. Their evil rulers seek to put out their Heavenly gifts by calling for an ancient sacrifice from the Sea Folk. Marked for death, the young must face their fears and hope for a salvation they cannot yet perceive.
