The University Killer is Marks second novel. In this book, he explores the motivation of hate. Someone is killing people who attended the University of Georgia twenty years ago. He is doing so in a variety of different, but particularly brutal, ways. The local police are joined by the FBI to try to uncover the identity of the killer before he kills everyone on his list
