The Unhappy Tenants (Comedy)

"The Unhappy Tenants" is the story of the proprietor Mr. Edward, his family and his tenants. The daughters of the tenants are extremely in love with the son of the proprietor, Bruno! Everyone wants to get him for oneself, at all cost! They are very clever the daughters of these tenants! Dolly will make Bruno her living Dodo! Monica will make Bruno her Commander Bruno! The two sisters Ethel and Eliza fight between themselves to get Bruno! Finally, Ethel will make Bruno her dearly loved Lulu, and Eliza will get all she wants from him, except the wedding ring! A very beautiful young mermaid with long white hair and blue-grey eyes - Helen, hypnotizes Bruno. One day while collecting rent in arrears, Bruno learnt that Helen is one of the daughters of their tenants who owed two years of rent! Bruno, amazed, pours wads of bank notes in the hands of Jim, the younger brother of Helen, and he wipes off the rent those unhappy tenants owed! All these happen in the absence of Helen's parents. When the parents of Helen arrive home and they learn about the miraculous happenings, they agree with Jim against the feelings of Helen. The daughters of other tenants have already made Bruno, their husband or their brother-in-law! Bruno has to act cunningly to get out of trouble-at one time mysteriously, at another wittingly and sometimes childishly! Mr. Edward agrees that his son Bruno marries one of the daughters of his tenants.
