The initial objective of this project was to determine the feasibility of Tensile of carbon fibre composites. Successful composite manufacture with mechanical properties for comparison with other high-performance composites with heat. that is material with effect coefficient of thermal expansion which is the focus of this report. The FEM carbon fibre of models where examined both analytical and numerical with MATLAB math software and with a finite element simulation in ANSYS and ProMechnica. The fact that results show good correlation with each other shows that the ProMechnica FE model is an accurate source of results for the determination of the coefficient of thermal expansion. In this paper, carbon-fiber have been modes and simulated with ANSYS and LAP A reference temperature of 25C was set and then the entire element was raised to an elevated temperature of 125C a linear static solution was obtained and the thermal and structural strains evaluated in the post-processing stage. The coefficient of the linear expansions in the x and y directions were evaluated from the global stain field. The result shows exactly the behaviour of solid models.
