In (circa) 269 AD, Emperor Claudius II of Rome declared that soldiers were not allowed to fall in love and get married. A priest by the name of Valentine believed that everyone should have the right to love whom they choose. When Valentine defies the law and becomes an advocate for love, miracles start to happen.
