George Mac Beth has given us a funny warm story in verse about fortunes and adversities which Daniel encountered while helping the three kings, Nebuchadnezzar, Belshazzar and Darius. Pauline Baynes, winner of The Kate Greenaway Award for illustration, has matched the text beautifully with her witty full-colour illustrations.
