Following the instructions of a legendary retired general of the Crimson army, Kaing embarks on a quest of desperation to reach the Ice Maiden in hopes that she will help him free his brother and the other Shendoa prisoners from the Keep of Baladone. Kaing is torn between spending more time gaining allies or returning alone to attempt a rescue, knowing that every moment he is away, his brother is running out of time.
