The Sick House

Little more than a decade after the devastating effects of the Coronavirus, the Halovirus strikes a vulnerable, fearful world. As the planet's population struggles to keep up with restrictions reminiscent of a decade past, world governments attempt to control the outbreak by placing infected people in remote locations known as Convalescent Centers (Convos). One Convo, Cloud End, near the remote town of Herzfeld, becomes a psychological manipulation experiment, and the unwary victims slowly begin to realize that they may never go home. The Sick House takes a close look at the corrupting influence of power in governments, social media and the state of fear that permeates our contemporary world.
