This book represents Rev. Caesar's foundational religion and philosophy. This belief system has continued to evolve over the years. He calls his religion Spiritual Satanism 999. Caesar believes this belief system is the only true form of Spiritual Satanism because there are no other truly spiritual forms of Satanism. They all are mercenary and anti-spiritual, which follows in laveyan footsteps. This book also contains a very important core doctrine, The Anti-christian or Satanic Moral-Value System.
