The Runaway Assassin

An assassin, Emma Jones has been trained to kill for almost her entire life. An orphan brought up by a mother intent on making the world a safer place through violent means, Emma has escaped that past and now starts to build a new future for herself by settling down in a busy metropolis under the watch of her sympathetic government handler. Making friends with Allison Browne, the young nursing student from across the hall, she soon discovers what it truly feels like to love and care for someone while trying to keep the secret of her past hidden away from her.
