The Restitution of Stella

In Louisville, Ky the beautiful, articulate, sophisticated Stella Hubbard is the sole heiress to a boat, yacht and shipping dynasty founded by her late husband Rockford Hubbard II. Between his million dollar life insurance, his mansion, his multiple shipping complexes covering the Ohio River Valley and the eastern seaboard portal cities, she is greatly expanded in wealth. Stella believes that her vast surplus of finances should be used to make different forms of restitution for the befallen plights of the unfortunates around her. She invokes her late mother's favorite motto, 'We reap what we sow", in doing so. She and one collaborator performs these missions as they are called, anonymously.
