The Reproductive Rights Amendment in Bloomington, MN

The Reproductive Rights Amendment Book is self-titled after the Constitutional Amendment written and proposed to both Houses of Congress to restore abortion rights, in 2023. Herein, is provided a "How-To" guide for the reader to get active in lobbying with Congress to restore Women's abortion rights, and protect the freedom of contraception. The book is intended to be a motivational guide for anyone who wishes to fight to restore these rights, on a grass-roots level. As a Non-Attorney, I am a self-study of the Law. I performed all the legal research within the book, and provide the reader a thorough, yet concise, outline of the events surrounding Roe v. Wade. The way moving forward to obtain a new federal right to abortion (and to protect contraception) is only through U.S. Congress.
