The Relationship between European Community Law and National Law: The Cases in Bloomington, MN

This is the second volume of the only collection of court decisions covering exclusively the "constitutional" relationship between the European Community and its Member States. It illustrates this relationship from "both sides" by including over 50 judicial decisions rendered between 1994 and 2001 by the Community's Court of Justice and the courts of all the 15 Member States. Together with the first volume, which covered the period 1962 to 1993, it forms a uniquely comprehensive reference work, containing nearly 150 decisions rendered over a period of 40 years.
