IN our address at the conclusion of the previous volume, we stated confidently, that our resources would enable us to continue progressively improving the work, ininterest, variety, and originality; a review of _our subsequent labours, will, we are assured, attest the honesty of our motives in making that statement; and establish the fact, of the improvement being considerable.
