The Reason For the Season

Kate, a mommy blogger dealing with the trials and tribulations of a blended families (not to mention an unexpected midlife pregnancy) escapes the chaos of her home life by singing a Christmas cantata with the local gay/lesbian church. After a rehearsal, she witnesses a brutal hate crime in which two gay choir members are severely beaten. Was it a random act of violence or were the men targeted? Kate is determined to find out.
