The Reactor

Led by a star athlete and aided by a beautiful college girl home on vacation, a high school environmental group tries to stop construction of a nuclear reactor. They are opposed by the Federal Power Commission, the contractors, and the construction workers, especially one tough-talking, womanizing young roughneck who pursues the girl and attacks the boy. They do battle twice before a final deadly confrontation at the gate of the construction site. A gripping tale of idealism, environmentalism, love, adventure, and drama.
