'The Queen Of Hearts', was originally published in 1881; however, in 1887 famed illustrator, Randolph Coldecott was asked to illustrate this verse. It was an immediate success as were his other books. Many of the earliest children's books, particularly those dating back to the 1900s and before, are now extremely scarce and increasingly expensive. This charming tale is ideal for bedtime reading.
