When Master began to walk towards the contraption, she was almost glad. Though she was a bit nervous, because as she grew nearer it seemed imposing, alarming almost, but Master's hand stroked her hair and that meant it all had to be okay, right? So she stepped over it when he told her to, resting her neck on the cushioned front ring and hooking her waist over the bottom, looking back at him as he fussed with it. He guided her to shift her hips, settling them more comfortably, and then there was a click that was very loud in her ears as the hoop clicked shut around her, metal cold against her skin. When she shivered he ran his hand up and down her spine, soothing her, before pushing her head down to make her lay against the neckrest. The click of the collar around her neck, her hair held out of the way, felt incredibly final."My good girl," Master said and she did know that, he said it enough she'd learned it and it made her squirm happily against her bindings, tail wagging. It wasn't particularly comfortable - though the metal was padded, and warming with the heat of her skin, it was still metal - but she wanted to share her joy! Her Master was praising her! And she was a good girl, the best type of puppy of all!The other human approached though he was quickly out of her sightline, and though she tried to look the collar kept her from turning her head. It made her uneasy, but Master was there, and Master never allowed anything bad to happen. So though she swiveled her ears to listen to the muffled beat of the other Master's feet-falls she relaxed, letting the stand take some of her weight.
