Dr. Ilhami Findikci (1968 - Erzurum) graduated from the Istanbul University (I.U.), Department of Psychological Counseling with a first-class honours degree in 1988. He earned his master's degree with a thesis on "Personality Types" (2000) and completed his doctoral dissertation on "Leadership in the Information Society" (2004) at I.U. Faculty of Management's Behavioral Sciences Department. He completed postdoctoral studies on "Family Businesses and Organization Culture" (2005) at the University of Hertfordshire in London on a full-fee scholarship.He gives conferences on family, family businesses, servant leadership, human resources management, personal and intelligent development, the information society and the human crisis, personal development, human depth and psychodynamic's of terrorism. He continues giving lectures and seminars in many cities across Turkey, Europe (primarily Germany) the U.S., Azerbaijan and Russia.He has provided counseling for scores of family businesses as the board chairman of Deger Aile Sirketleri Egitim ve Yonetim Danısmanlığı Sirketi company, which he founded in 2004. Currently, he serves as board member of Eroglu Holding, Fimar Holding, Kopuz Sirketler Grubu and provides family corporation counseling for many institutions.
