The Phenomenology of Corruption is a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon generally named 'corruption', from a legal perspective. The first chapter follows the phenomenon in legal history while the second chapter evokes the opinions of the most influential philosophers on corruption and its antitheses, morals and ethics. The third chapter proposes a new definition, followed by a thorough legal analysis. Crimes of corruption and contemporary issues are treated in the final two chapters.
