The Pangolin Papers

In the aftermath of their mission in Indonesia, Cyril and the old crew are called upon for a new investigation. Against the backdrop of a recent global pandemic they are to infiltrate a criminal trail stretching across several South East Asian countries. Investigating the operations of a dangerous Thai gang active in the illegal trade in endangered species, they engage in investigative and undercover work, taking Cyril and the team from North Sumatra all the way up to Central Vietnam. An adventure full of encounters with low profile UN agencies, US law enforcement and international networks of corporatized mercenary groups. Their ordeal is the price to pay for solving the mystery of the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
