The Odd Case of May in Bloomington, MN

There was a feeling in love. Whether romantically, restfully, or protectively, you held it with you when you knew you could. Travis Kingmen uses what love could be built through word, and attributes it to a story. That, as it progresses, do you not only begin to understand the meaning of love but the ways it can take somebody on a journey.
We find a sense in the main character, May, that we could not in anybody in real life. May, for a majority of the novel, belongs to us, belongs to our hearts, belongs to only what love you can find with her. She is fiction. She is word. She is a story being unwrapped, all by the beginning chapter.
