The Mean Streets of LA: Taking Out the Trash

First Gulf War Veteran decorated war hero and expert marksman Sebastian Tufts, one of only two survivors of the elite 2-18 Special Operations Team returns home to civilian life plagued by persistent nightmares. In his struggle to return to normalcy he experiences significant setbacks in almost every aspect of his life, in his two failed marriages and subsequent loss of an unrewarding job. This is followed by a nearly fatal encounter with the Cortinas, a Sureno Mexican gang bent on establishing a reputation for extreme violence in order to boost their own gang's reputation among their rivals.
