The McClures Pioneers From Ireland to Oklahoma is a five generation account using original documents, letters and other documented resources of one family's coming to America in 1821 through Philadelphia; creating and building a legacy of homesteads across the continent; building a ranch in southeast Nebraska; their participation in the Civil War; their building a cattle empire in Indian Territory and ultimately being the first legal settler in Oklahoma City during the land run of 1889.
