The Island House

After Jan and her brother discover the abandoned island mansion, she dreams of the elegance the house once knew. Empty and desolate on a small spit of land covered with brush and weeds, they return a second time thirteen years later. During the ensuing years, Jan fantasizes about owning the property one day-excruciatingly beyond her financial means. Through her career, Jan meets the debonair, handsome Roy, falling in love and loving the fall. Working and loving together, they investigate the prior ownership, hunting for the elusive Jonathon Willis, who holds the answers to their questions. They know they can refurbish the mansion if they can just find the owner. A strange twist of fate occurs when they ultimately solve the mystery of the apparently neglected estate.
