Brad (Taye Diggs) and Jess (Jessica Uberuaga) decide to move to Los Angeles in pursuit of a better life. The two immediately score a win when they acquire a hidden real estate gem at a great price. Their celebration is short-lived, however, when they begin to realize that they got more than what they bargained for.
