The dramedy centers on Blanco (Javier Bardem) who leads B?sculas Blanco, a scale production factory in Spain. Beloved by all his employees, Blanco is keen on winning a business award. He prepares the factory for the jury's inspection. But a disgruntled ex-employee threatens Blanco's plans.
