The Gift of Fortune

Michael Fortune was an amateur writer with dreams of his stories being read all over the world. Michael's stories were indeed special and unlike any other. The characters he creates within them are real, breathing people, living normal lives, yet completely unaware of this truth.He now finds himself in the depths of a mysterious, dark void, plummeting to his own demise. As he continuously falls, Michael recalls the previous year of his life and the final story he wrote that changed everything. This story followed three distinctively different couples whom embarked on a journey to a nearly remote island known as Rio Tobu. A beautiful, lush, tropical land designed to release the stress-filled lives of all whom visit. Beauty meets disaster when Michael is forced to swap the events of this story for a suspense-filled thriller. While each character has to fight for their survival against a new murderous plot, Michael discovers that there are much more sinister forces taking place on the island and within his very soul.
