Maggie and Calvin have found themselves in an amazing house, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maggie's dream is to care for the garden forever. Calvin came there for the books in the library, old and untranslated and containing ancient knowledge. it's not long before they realize they have been trapped by what seems to be evil fairies. They use the knowledge of the books to find the way out, only to find much more menacing world beyond. They make friends along the way, and enemies. Warriors and wizards, fairies and goblins, some will help, some will hinder.
